no response

What does it take to get response from Standard Bank. The service level has dropped to such and extent that I am considering taking all my policies away from them .It is one month later and still no reply on 3 emails...don't try and phone they just don't answer the phone.<br> <br> Jip, I will get a call and get promised the world but not good enough.<br>
