I took insurance out with SBIB, when I went to have the inspection done, PG Glass advised my windscreen was chipped, without checking to see if it had been filled (which it had in this case). SBIB email me my documents advising they won't cover the windscreen until I have it fixed. I advise they were filled. I get my previous insurance company to show there were no chips in the windscreen. I registered the claim on the 5th May. It took numerous emails from my side to get a voicemail on the 15th May advising my windscreen wouldn't be covered, told I must fix the windscreen &
