NO RESPONSE

Hi have been calling Standard bank call center since Monday 20th April as you have to phone the call center to be put through to the branch, Northmead Square just don't answer their phones. The call center even sent an e-mail to two employees working their to please call me. By Friday I still had not received a call, the call center gave me their direct phone number, which they just don't answer. I have left messages. Don't they want new business I am at the point that I would rather go to anther bank
