No Resolutions!!!!!

I’m back here again because once again😡😡😡😡 Can Standard Banks’ Estate Department kindly pull up their socks! I emailed the Estate officer,Khwezi Xaba,on the 29th March 2023. No response,when I call in, her and her manager Dannie Du Toit,are never available. Is there anyway for me to just deal with the estate without the assistance of Standard Bank because from the beginning it’s been a constant struggle and yet people will be expected to receive fees and commissions for low quality work. How can a letter of executive take over than a year??? People have been getting it within 2weeks but a well established brand such as Standard Bank takes over a year. Come on guys!!!!!!
