No reponse

I went to STD bank to enquire about refinancing my vehicle, spoke to a lady for 30mins and only a query was sent for someone to call me because she said they don't do those queries there. No one called me. So I went back to the bank two days later and they said they will get back to me but no one did. <br> <br> I then phoned STD bank and spoke to a man who said he cannot call me back- I gave him my details and he said someone will get to my query. <br> <br> seems they really don't need business.
