No reply from Standard Bank

I have posted on Hello Peter. Standard Bank rep****, promising me a reply. After giving the nature of my complaint to Nkululeko Sithole, and providing all necessary documents as proof, my reply has been - I am waiting for response from Home Loans. How does it take the different departments in Standard Bank to speak to each other? I have now been waiting for more than 2 weeks to get a legitimate response.
