No reply for Inward International Payments.
I have an incoming international payment that has been waiting to be cleared by Standard Bank for a week.
I have emailed my relationship banker 3 times over a week, no reply, no out of office response either. I have emailed inward payments twice and no reply, and you can't call them anymore.
