No regard for the aged

<p>I can't belive STD Bank gave a 71 year old lady a credit card without following protocal and are now forcing her to repay this account using half of her government pension money. Even if she pays half of her pension towards this account, the capital amount doesn't decrease but actually increases. Money was put into a savings account at STD Bank to help her live, but again STD Bank withdrew this money, without authorisation. STD Bank is going to make her life miserable until the day she dies. Is this how old people supposed to be treated? I think not. STD Bank should take responsibility for their mistakes. </p>
