No refund after 3 days

Hi

I went into the branch in Century City on the 31 Aug 2017, to reverse a debit order creditgain ********** -LFSA-170831.

The consultant was very helpful and assisted me, he advised the reversal will take up to 48 hours , but up until today it has not been reversed, I would just like to know if this will still take place as it has been 3 days already.
