NO REFUND

I was owing my credit card and adviced them to make a debit order from my savings account and now I realised that I over paid them with an amount of R3316.69 which also appears on my statement but I can not be able to withdraw the money. Can standard bank please give me my money back. I am tired of making ups n downs to the branches without any luck as I am using even more money on them.
