No refund

<p>hellopeter , i am very disappointed by what Standard bank did to me they deductect from my account some premiums for a funeral policy i had cuncelled a month ago but they went deducting from my account without my consent and they have been promising to pay me my money back 3 months ago but I have never received it till today , I wonder if this is how they operate. They also don't respond to my emails I always have to call them. Can i hv some explanation please.</p>
