No proudness visible from Standard Bank workers.

When a Bank operates like a Government Institutions the Red lights must start to pop-up for you if you are the client of this bank. That is my experience with Standard Bank the past 3 weeks. I made a mistake by logging myself out from my Internet Banking. I took the step to fix it by going to a Standard Bank Branch. I faced the looooong Covid que and I asked the Teller to double checked that my Card is connected to my Internet Banking and that I will have access to my account. She assured me it is correct and showed me on the screen that the my profile is linked to my card. I suggested to test it in the Bank on the computers available, just to find it "Restarting" every time I click on the INTERNET button. I went home to just to find out it is not fixed, it is not linked. After 15min on the Telephone waiting for another *********** agent to answer I just had to hear: "Sorry sir. You have to go to the branch again!" Sorry, !!! Sorry does not fix bad service. Standard Bank - It is time that you realize that. Teach your Tellers, Agents Managers to walk the extra mile with your clients - Especially when you *****ed up. I were willing to fix my mistake - Aren't you? *** why did you stop halfway to help, covering up the lies of the Call Centre? *** why do you want to loose a Business customer by ignoring Tshepang's request to assist me (Or by fixing your Teller's incompetence? Tshepang and Neo, why do you put the customer between one another's unwillingness to help? Are the two of you even proud of the Bank you work for? Are you proud of your work? I will go to the Branch as you requested, but sorry, it will be the FNB branch. I can just as well start fresh!! "Just hit the Button" is FNB's invitation. I will do that.
