NO PROPER FEEDBACK / RESPONSE

App**** for Student Loan on 20th Jan 2015. Only received feedback 19th Feb 2015. (One month later!) Required documentation sent to Std Bank 25th Feb 2015. Received feedback 10th March 2015 (2 weeks later!). (In all this time promises were made of response within 5 days!) Required documentation sent to Std Bank the same day. Ever since no feedback, even though promises were made this last week (everyday I phoned) of feedback within 24 hours! I lodge complaint and were promised that Leroy (who is apparently the person handling the complain) will phone me back on Friday - needless to say, still NO call or ANY feedback. We are 2 weeks away from the end of the 1st quarter of this year and we still don't even know if we have a Student Loan. We are not new clients, we have a very good track record with the payment of our Student Loans for the 2 previous years at Std Bank. My son is a final year student this year with excellent academic record. We do not understand what the problem at the bank can be this year?!?
