No prestige at Standard Bank

Prestige banking is a total waste of money and energy. Wether you complain to the complaints department or the bankers themselves, problems remain unresolved, you’re largely ignored, dismissed, and worse, discussed among the female staff and humiliated for no reason. No matter the number of emails, the desperate entreating for urgent help, these ladies simply don’t care. Not the Standard Bank of old. Shameful!
