No pre-warning -cleaning my account without notice

I have a homeloan account with Standard Bank with a balance of R22 500.00. I started working permanent in January 2015 after unemployment for most of 2014. <br> With my February Salary, as soon as the money was paid into my account, I noticed that all my money R11963.00 was taken from my Access account as well as the from my Savings account.<br> I am a single parent with a daughter in matric. I have school fees to pay, I am owing a lot of creditors money and I have to live and get to work. the money was taken on the 4th and 5th respectively and I only noticed this on the 7th, when I wanted to draw money at an ATM. On Saturday I went to the bank to enquire and they could not tell me at the bank what happened to the money. I had to wait till Monday and was then told that they took all the money out of my account. Surely this is not right. I am a customer of the bank and some kind of notification would have be better that this huge surprise. I am not happy and have been making calls to so many departments. It is really very frustrating knowing that the whole month is still ahead and I have not money for food, or petrol
