NO PAYOUT ON REDAVANCE

I have app**** for a re - advance on my bond with standard bank and as usual what a long process no wonder simpler , better , faster never suited them and never will.<br> The re - advance was approved and I faxed the documents and was told that the payout should take about 48 hrs , well that has passed and no one has contacted me.<br> I have been contacting the home loans department and once again we have a bunch of confused guys who are not sure what they are doing , one consultant insisted that it was a further loan and not a re - advance and that I should wait for lawyers to contact me and pay me out.<br> Standard Bank Please assist
