No payments reflected ever

I have a standard bank credit card account and I have been trying to pay off this account for MONTHS and every time I make a payment the payments NEVER reflect!! Every month I send proof of payments and I fight with standard bank credit every month and nothing is resolved!! Then standard bank will fight me for payments that I make every month then decrease the limits etc and this affects my credit score!!! No one is helping me and I refuse to make any more payments until this is resolved! This is ridiculous. I make payments from my fnb account and I do it correctly every month and it never reflects!! Close this account I don't want this account since you don't want my payments
