NO PAYMENT CLAIM REASONS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Due to thermal shock kitchen tiles popped. Thursday 04 June temperature still mild, Friday morning -5%.

Report it immediately, due to the high risk and inconvenience. Tiles popped in the middle of the kitchen right in front of the oven.

Assessor visit premises on the Tuesday 09 June and explained that it is not commonly know but at the edges against the walls a gap should have been left and filled with a foam not with grouting.

I have phoned Megan almost every day but was told on more than one occasions that case is still with management for a decision as they do not normally pay-out for this but the assessor did wrote a motivation for assistance.

On Monday 15 June I was told by Megan that there is a problem due to bad workmanship, Assessor could not find any plastic spacers, which were supposed to be between the tiles. These tiles had been laid with a gap of 3 mm and the tile spacers had been removed after 24 hours as per professionals. So to expect to fine plastic spacers after 5 years - that will be BAD BAD WORKMANSHIP.

It is just a petty that when you actually signed for the insurance, they don't inform you about all the

NO PAYMENT DISCLOSURES.
