No order and no help
The Rosebank branch is the worst , the slowest service youll ever , waited almost 2 hours just to collect card , in the branch there is no one to even ask what is happening , you need to go to the front desk where people in line will get angry as it seems youre being assisted first but youre already in thw waiting area not knowing what is happening aa tge waiting time is toooo long ,
