No one knows who my account was handed over to !!!
I called standard bank business banking today to find out about applying for car finance. When I opened my account in Jan 2015 my personal banker was Thato Molebatsi. I believe he has since left and I'm appauled that no one there knows who is now responsible for my account. And whats more, one can NEVER get through to the |Sandton branch!! Completely inefficient service!!! Does Std bank not want my business!!!??? I will go elsewhere! Ref no for my call today is ***5.<br>
