No one answering ph calls at the loan department

To whom it may concern I have been trying to get hold of anyone at the home loan department for almost 2 months now so I thought it best to contact the bank on a platform to get any response from you. I could not pay my bond due to the severe weather the past 2 months If you can make a note on your system that i will only be able to work from end of february 2023 i will then make the effort to catch up my arrears and continue with my installments
