NO NEGOTIATION FOR CREDIT/C INTEREST FEES

We changed (my husband and I) our accounts from FNB to standard bank. Because of bad service. 3 weeks down the line after opening an account at Std bank, they give an interest rate across the board of 18%. We were told by our Prestige banker she will negotiate with them. After emailing her proof of our FNB Credit card statement where our Interests rates are lower. I mean who in their right mind would change banks for a higher interest rate!!! Then after going to the bank 2 x to see the consultant HER ESCALATING the urgency of the issue, they come back to her today. To tell the customer US! No negotiations for interest rates, WE STD BANK ARE HAPPY WITH THE RATE WE HAVE GIVEN THEM. Mother fluffer! You HAPPY. WE THE STUFFEN CUSTOMERS. We not happy. Want top management to phone me and my husband, and grant US the interest rate reduction. Really what BAD CUSTOMER RESPONSE YOUR CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT HAS! Absolutely shocking!!!!
