No money came out just said transaction cancelled

I am ****ing so angry and disgust with standard bank.On the 03.01.16 i went to a standard bank ATM in Edenpark ive tried to withdraw money after ive selected the amount of R1000.00 it just said transaction cancelled and my card come out without a ****ing slip or the R1000.00 but the R1000.00 went of my account because ive received notification on my cell phone.So after that ive placed my card in again and than it told my that i dont have money i WAS standing at the ATM for half and hour thinking that the money will maybe come out after that but nothing happend....STANDARD BANK IS A **** BANK I ****ING WANT MY MONEY AND DONT ****ING TELL ME ABOUT 30 DAYS I VE GOT ALOT OF THINGS TO DO...iT ONCE HAPPEND WITH A FRIEND OF MINE AT THE SAME STANDARD BANK ATM IN EDENPARK THAN STANDARD BANK CAME BACK TO HER AND ADVICE HER THAT SHE GOT THE MONEY HENCE SHE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY...I WANT YOU MOTHER ****** TO COME BACK TO ME AND TELL ME THAT I GOT THE MONEY I WILL TAKE IT FUTHER WITH MY LAWYER...I WANT MY MONEY SOON AS POSSIBLE AND ****ING COME FIX THAT ATM IN EDENPARK OR ILL TAKE IT OUT MYSELF.
