No Money After 24H

My salary was paid in yesterday from Standard Bank to my FNB account, we use instant payment, so the money has to reflect with in 24Hours.<br> <br> But after phoning FNB and Standard Bank, even when HR phoned the banks, standard bank says the money is out and FNB says they have no information, they have not received the money.<br> <br> BUT no one at our office has received their money, only the payment confirmation from standard bank saying a payment has been made to our accounts.<br> <br> So who will pay my penalties when my Debit orders start going off today?
