No longer safe with Standard bank

Dear Standard bank,

i am once again sending a complaint following one i sent yetserday, i have had no one conatct me, on the 25th of Jan, i bought groceries at PnP Southgatefor R3730 and i swiped my card to pay but it declined i then took money from husband and paid, to my surprise the R3730 went through, i phone ur callcentre as i was told by PnP to take it up with my bank which i did but i had no response from you i phoned the callcentre yesterday afternoon and i was told they cant find it and i will have to fill a form which was supposedly forwarded to my e-amil by Zandile Dlamini Ref ********** 684 but there was nothing attached. i find it so unfair that money gets paid from my account and i now have to wait for 40days before i can have it back. there unauthorised debit orders in my account that went off and because( i dont get the sms which i have tried to fix more than 5 times) i dont know what happened in my account .
