No loan payout after almost a week
I app**** for a loan last week and still no pay out. I have been phoning whole week about the payout yet the debit order request was sent through but i still do not have the funds.
All the agents i have spoken too promises tgat it would be escalated without even looking at my profile. Today it was brought to my attention the documents is in valid which the first agent couldve told me on tuesday.
I want this seen too immediately as i need to het my medication
