No Loan Consultant 2 Weeks Running

I have numerous times gone onto Standard bank's website and app**** for a RCP and every time the message is \someone will contact you within 5 business hours\". I have done it 5 times in the last week and a half and so far the 5 hour business time they promise have not been upheld by them. Its unbelievable how you can bank with a bank for 30 years and this is the service you get. All i want is to loan and you will make money!!!!! Dont you need the money in today's economy? Very poor service and false advertising regarding the 5 business hours."
