No license papers 6 months after settling vehicle loan.

I settled my vehicle loan on 19 November 2020 and still have not received my registration papers 6 months later. Despite having followed all the instructions and trying numerous times to get this resolved Standard Bank will do nothing to resolve this.

Despite their systems showing that my license papers were never delivered, they openly say they have absolved themselves of any responsibility since "they handed it over to their courier".

Pathetic customer service.
