The level of shockingly horrible service my family has received from the Estate department is really reaching new levels. I've been trying to get a hold of either Silma Hamdulay or Warthieya Gamba, as an email from Standard Bank has instructed me to do. It has been a year and 8 months since this estate "finalisation" has been going on and it still is no closer to being resolved than it was back then.

My humble opinion, NEVER use these guys for your estate. Save your family some frustration.

And then for Standard Bank, please can you get me someone ASAP to get me an update of the progress of resolving the estate!
