NO ITC UPDATE AFTER ACCOUNT SETTLED AND PAID UP
I had a credit card with Standard Bank that was paid up on 2nd April 2015 with R10 000. I just checked my credit report today and after 3 months Standard bank has STILL NOT updated my credit bureau records that this credit card account is paid up, settled and closed!!!! It now reflects that I am SIX MONTHS IN ARREARS!!! I want this information updated immediately!!!!! THIS IS JUST PATHETIC.
