NO HELPFULLNESS IN MY TIME OF NEED!!!!!

I am not very impressed with Standard Bank. I wanted to take a further loan on my bond to consolidate my debt. I just had a son born recently and all my expenses sky rocketed through the roof. It came to a stage where now I need to choose what I pay with my salary thus I wanted to take a Further loan on my bond. I initially went in to Standard bank Festival mall and was helped by Lauren(which was helpful) to apply for the loan and this was in the end of August 2021. I was not approved for the full amount as my property BOOK value was not high enough for and I asked Standard bank if they can assist me in some way for me to get the full amount I require ( I do not want to pay half the debt and then I sit in the same situation as now) BUT they said that they can do an assessment on my house to lift the value of my property as I did a lot of improvements on my property. This was in the beginning of October 2021, It took Standard bank 2 weeks just to send me a mail for the assessor on what documentation they required. I send the documentation back to them the following day on the 18th of October 2021 and they said it will take 3 to 5 working days for them to get back to me. this morning the 23rd of October 2021 I phoned standard bank just to hear that the request was cancelled. WHY??? This is causing is huge frustration on my finance and my family as we do not know what to do and this is our last resort. All I am asking for is help so I know what to do. Now everything is cancelled and I do not know what to pay at the end of this month!
