No help from STD bank on unauthorised transaction

This morning (13/09/2015) I called the standard bank ***** hotline on *** six times to report a potentially ********** transaction on my account and got no help. <br> <br> This is after having tried,also without any success,to get hold of their service desk to query the same unauthorized transaction for which I got an sms on Friday (11/09/2015). <br> <br> I made the first call at 09:43 and spoke to Ntswaki.While confirming my details,I got cut off and she never got back to me.I then called again at 09:45 and got through to a different agent who wanted to repeat the same process with me again.I then requested to speak Ntswaki as she had been helping me.I got put on hold for some time and decided to hang up as the call was depleting my funds.<br> <br> I then called again at 09:48, 09
