No help from Standard bank

I need to obtain a bond paid up letter for my property I’ve sold almost two years ago, the property is paid off, but it still shows on my credit score. I’ve been trying to contact the Home Loan department of standard bank for two weeks now via email, and no response!! This is unacceptable, I just need one letter, thats all!!
