No help from Stabdar Bank insurance

I loged a claim with Standard bank in October last year. I had an attempted break in where my garage door was damaged. I put in the claim and the insurance sent an assessor out only to tell me its ware and tear! How the hell can an attempted break-in be ware and tear. I run a Joomla web site [URL Removed] and FrontAccounting. Each time there were other services causing the degradation. I thought it would be necessary to move to another ISP, but I lodged a complaint to the support team on Sunday.<br> <br> They came back to me and suggested to move my entire site to a more performing designation. This they did in one day without cost. My site is now performing very nicely and I almost have no lag in switching screens. It enables me to be much more productive. When we were busy processing the application he made me aware of a \***** alert\"" on my account. This is a standard alert that gets put on your account if your ID was ******. The consultant proceeded to call someone for advice because he couldn't proceed with the application. <br> <br> The person on the other side of the telephone instructed him to capture the application and then to fax a copy of my ID to them for verification and removal of the alert.<br> <br> I was told that it takes 48 business hours to complete the verification. I was told by Mr. Bailey that he would contact me on Saturday preceding my application (done on Thursday). He told me that my application was approved and that all they have to do is remove the alert. I then proceeded to sign the contract.<br> <br> I have emailed Mr. Bailey twice with no response.<br> <br> As a loyal SB client"
