NO HELP AT ALL

Four calls later and nobody is yet able to tell me why the stop order for my contract save account has not come off 5 days later when its meant to!!!! I have called the call center thrice who have put me through to the branch where I spoke to Sharief at 9am who said he would call me back in 5-10 minutes. it is 14:50 and I am still waiting for that call! This is so ridiculous.
