No help and ***** on own papers

I bought a caravan from a person in Tzaneen. We struggle to get the natis papers from Standardbank and it came with wrong ID copies on the Proxy papers. This is ***** from Standardbank. The papers say Hyde is the proxy and they send me copies of ID for Mr Molise and Miss Minty.<br> <br> Last week I spoke to Esther Strachan and to a Clow person and the ask for all the documents and they will get back to me before end of the day. Im still waithing and They don't respond to the e-mails. <br> <br> The call center do not want to speak to me because im not the account holder. No help from Standardbank and I am also a prestige banker with them.
