No heart

I've been retrenched and contacted my insurance company (from Standardbank) to pay my credit cards for 6 months. They've paid for 3 and is now waiting for the rest. My issue is that I asked Standardbank to put my account on hold until further notice, but they said they can't??? Now, I get charged R115 for every debit order that gets returned. (Even one for R18) I've tried cancelling the debit orders, to no avail, so what exactly should I do now? Also, BlueBean (product of Standardbank) got 3 month's installments from my insurance, but claim they do see it that way, I must pay every month. (While the normal Standardbank card accepts it as installments for 3 months)????????? Don't they communicate? I know all banks are sharks, but this takes the cake...
