NO GOOD STD BANK AND FNB

If I could rate them ZERO, I WOULD HAVE.

Standard Bank which is bankers for many years. but loyalty don't count when it comes to them.

From being left stranded in EUROPE and having to spend 307 euros trying to contact them to assist me after being Pic pocket in Madrid. NO ONE COULD HELP ME, and the issue still continues after various visits to standard bank branches since my return to South Africa on the 17th August 2024, still no one can help me. I raised these issues on the 10 August 2024 while in Europe. My business banker still doesn't have the decency to contact me.even after it was captured on the system back then. Besides visiting several branches since my return nothing is helping and numerous calls to STD BANK to no avail even emailing managers nothing happens. No they blame FNB for not coming back to them to resolve my issues with my missing funds not returning to my account or the recipient account. STD BANK MUST BE PENALISED FOR HAVE A SLOGAN (SIMPLIER, BETTER FASTER) NOT A DAMN

FNB THE SAME (HOW CAN I HELP YOU) THIS SLOGAN MEANS NOTHING.

MY QUERY NUMBER FOR MY MISSING FUND/TRACING OF FUNDS IS Standard Bank: Service request no. ***.

They even say via SMS the service request number has been resolved.

Like I told my personal banker and the various branches a kiosk bank TYMEBANK and Capitec assisted me while in EUROPE so I could at least eat.

But for STD BANK AND FNB won't be recommended by me for anything.
