No funds paid after loan approved

After a loan (telephonic) was approved, I was asked to update my residential address and provide Ayanda with stamped bank statements, all of which was done.<br> <br> No feed back is given, no confirmation of loan, not even a status report from all departments spoken to. Management seem to overlook all bad service and treat customers as though we are a fault.<br> <br> No payment after a week! <br> <br> We are FORCED to put up with this, as though it is the norm. Surely these institutes value their name?????
