No FICA data since 2007

I received a SMS that my account is not in FICA compliance. I phoned the number supp**** in the SMS to confirm, because I financed a vehicle with Standardbank a month ago supplying all the correct documents to FICA. Standardbank's last FICA record dates back to 2007 and that is impossible, I have opened 2 accounts with Standardbank the last year with all the needed FICA documents. You cant open a new account if you don't supply FICA documents. Someone is not doing their job. This is unacceptable.
