No feedback whatsoever after paying off my vehicle finance!!
I made payment 2 weeks ago to the Vehicle and Asset bank details to settle my BMW x5, I was told to email Mohau the proof of payment in which I did. Till to date I have not received my paid up letter, no response whatsoever from Mohau. No one is giving me any feedback regarding my paid up letter and how and when will receive the documents for the car as well. Please can someone give some form of clarity as to why this is taking for ever as the account has been settled!!!
