Ok, here goes. I'm jointly registered on a Standard Bank home loan account, and as a result of changed circumstances, requested to be removed from said bond. In order for this to happen, the other party was requested to apply for a home loan in her own name. The application process then started on 14 February - since then Standard Bank home loans department lost the application documentation, not once, but 4 times! I tried to speed the process along, because my new bond registration depended on the outcome. The bank however refuse to give me any feedback, as I'm not the \applicant". <br> <br> So"
