No feedback/response on credit card application

I app**** for a credit card with standard bank last week at the Louis Trichardt branch,. I submitted all the documents they rquested and I was told that I would receive feedback within two working days, until today I still have not received any feedback regarding my application. I would like to know if it was approved or declined so that I can go try somewhere else if it was declined. Kindly assist me with this request as two working days has already passed and I have not yet received any response from Standard bank regarding my application.
