No feedback regarding extended bond application

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Completed an application to extend our home loan and to access the already preapproved & registered amount on 06Sept16 (ref ********** ), also submitted documentation 06Sept16.</p> <p>Have been following up telephonically and via email since then and no useful feedback provided regarding the status of our application.</p> <p>It was escalated by Jeronomous 20Sept16 (ref ********** 848) with the promise that somebody will make contact, still no response and continuing to follow up telephonically and via email since then has still yielded no meaningful response whatsoever.</p> <p> </p> <p>Feedback will be appreciated, thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Bianca</p>

Reviewer Update

This was posted 17Oct16, over a week later still have had no call from a "resolution specialist yet" and have been requested by Sharon to resubmit documents as apparently she never received them. Re-submitted documents, then she claimed she could not open *.zip files. Re-sent again, then she requested for documents to be sent in *.pdf format as she couldn't open image files, then also resubmitted with all documents in a Word document just incase there was an issue with the *.pdf... It is unbelievable how long this is taking and incredibly frustrating. The call centre number takes too long, and once I got through to follow up once again, the call was dropped and no call back from Standard Bank. I also asked Sharon to please confirm receipt of documentation and no feedback received yet. Received an email from Standard Bank homeloans yesterday indicating documents were submitted to new homeloans...
