on 28/12/2015 I went to Mall of the South to apply for loan. Zodwa captured my application and told me that it is pending approval and she needs to fax to *****/Credit dept. on 29/12/15 I sent Zodwa a friendly reminder email, no reply from her. on 30/12/15 I sent he another follow up email, still no reply. on 31/12/2015 I went to the branch again, and she told me my application is still pending, she then escalated my query and tagged me on the email. on 01/01/16 I sent a Facebook complaint to SBG, the assured me that they will get back to me, nobody did except for another follow up email sent by Zodwa on 02/01/16 to \Gail"within the SBG group. on 04/01/16 I went to the branch again Zodwa was not there and was told to come back later. I then phoned CRC to lay a complain (***) and was promised a phone call which I am still waiting for. on 05/01/16 I went to the branch again and Zodwa was not there again"
