No feedback or whatsoever from Standard bank

So I made a complaint with standard bank in April about a settlement letter that i never received from Anthony Richard and associate .Thabisile responded on the 04 May 2015 advising that she contacted ARA and they shall get back to her with in 14 Days ....up until this day i haven't heard nothing from Tabisile ,i made a follow up on the 04 June 2015 no response ,Tabisile has vanished <br> <br> Yesterday i received a call form ARA advising that they will be sending me the letter and they need to confirm my email adress as there is 3 email adresses in my profile (my one ,Thabisile and another standard bank person)<br> <br> So i waited yesterday for the letter to be sent ,but nothing .I called again in ARA told them i never received any letter yesterday ,now they advise that the letter was sent to on the 09 July 2015 ,and i asked to whom was it sent to ..they dont know .Really!!! <br> <br> I m struggling to get my name out of credit bureau because of this standard bank thing ,this is really annoying .As a service provider that provided a debt collector my details to collect and which i paid in december .Why is it now that you also cannot get the settlement letter .<br> <br>
