No Feedback or response ever received

I have taken out an insurance policy for a vehicle through standard bank insurance the guy that quoted me is Henry Kater all documents have been sent through already and i have had cover from July. I requested the vehicle be amended as the year model was incorrect this has never been done i have not received a welcome pack policy schedule etc i do not even know who to contact in the event of a claim Really poor and horrible service from such a big company!!!!
