No Feedback or resolution after 2 months!!!

I have not got any feedback after my last 4 posts,.<br> there is still a problem on the system<br> my sms balance does not correspond with my statement balance!<br> this has nothing to do with outstanding debits or delayed transactions<br> I want this fixed!
