NO feedback on student loan
I app**** for an increase on my existing student loan this year on the 24th of January 2015. I was told to expect feedback in approximately ten days time. It's been almost four weeks now and I still have not received feedback. The bank consultant said that my documents are attached to the application so she does not know why Its being delayed.
