No feedback on my previous complain

Prisilla from the complains department after leaving plenty of voicemails as her phone number which she don't answer always go on voicemail she just never did come back to me on the feedback regarding my previous complain. As I was also asking for my branch to be moved from West End it never happens!!!! Look like Standard bank don't care to lose customers for the service they do deliver. Standard Bank you moving backs with bad service!!!
